System Specialist

THE JOB

Position: System Specialist

Hiring Manager: GM

THE METHOD

First Round

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To Work under the supervision of the Senior Systems Specialist;
  • Carry out installation and support on Servers and Storage Hardware, Microsoft Operating System, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Backup software such as Veritas, replication software such as DoubleTake.
  • Perform health checks on installed systems and prepare report;
  • Perform presales activities for example, preparation of tender proposals and quotes to customers;
  • Perform site surveys and draw list of materials and requirements;
  • Assist the technician in planning and execution of work;
