Multimedia Designer

THE JOB

Position: Multimedia Designer

Hiring Manager: GM

Brief Description:

We are looking for an exceptionally talented digital Designer with an outstanding creativity and a flair for delivering high-quality work, together with a solid understanding of how to best use functionality for all things digital.

You’ll be responsible for the project’s design deliverables, including screen designs, storyboards, wireframes, animations, documentation and guidelines.

You’ll be able to rationalize your designs and envisage the entire user journey. You’ll take an active part in the development and review of internal design processes, and provide support to other members of the design team.

Candidate Profile:

  • BA(Hons) Graphic Design or related field + a proven 3 years of experience in a Digital Agency and in the following areas: Interactive, agency creative, graphic design, Web design and Digital marketing
  • Fluency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects and basic knowledge of InDesign.
  • Experience in design and digital rendering of animation, gamification, 3D Modeling, infographics
  • Strong technical knowledge of how web-based technologies apply to web design such as HTML, Flash, CSS, and AJAX.

THE METHOD

Microsoft Dynamics NAV Developer

THE JOB

Position: Microsoft Dynamics NAV Developer

Brief Description:
The NAV Developer’s primary responsibility is to perform development activities for new and existing Microsoft Dynamics NAV customers. The primary focus will be Dynamics NAV development, with additional activities using SQL and .NET, SSRS, and creating integrations to Dynamics NAV.

Candidate Profile:

  • University degree in a related discipline strongly desired
  • Professional certification and accreditation strongly recommended or equivalent work experience
  • Microsoft Dynamics Navision certification(s) in related discipline
  • At least 3+ years of Dynamics NAV development experience (NAV 2009/2013R2,..)
  • At least 3+ years of C/SIDE and C/AL programming experience (NAV 2009/2013R2,..)
  • Minimum 3 years of ERP programming experiences and hands on work with full life cycle implementations
  • SQL Experience a plus
  • Ability to train technical staff on C/SIDE and C/AL development and the NAV infrastructure
  • Web Development / SharePoint programming experience a plus
  • Prior NAV upgrade and data migration experiences highly desired

IoT and Electrical - Design & Integration Engineer

THE JOB

Position: IoT and Electrical – Design & Integration Engineer

Brief Description:

This is an engineering position that requires the development of requirement compliant designs in a contracting environment.  The design activities focus on development of unique electrical control designs, performing system load requirement analysis, component selection, control systems and packaging.
The IOT/Electrical presale & design activities focus on

    • Customer requirement & data collection & Carry out Audits (System & Energy)
    • Understanding customer requirements
    • Formulating smart/automated solutions
    • Design/development of unique smart/automated system with monitor, measurement & control features
    • Performing system load requirement analysis
    • Component selection
    • Control systems and packaging
    • Work with Software Development teams
    • System Integrations & Testing.

Candidate Profile:

Education Requirements:

      • BS or MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and minimum of 2 years of directly related work experience.

 

Desired Experience:

      • Candidates should have a technical degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Electrical/Electronic Engineering field.
      • Capabilities must include:
      • A ‘hands-on’ person with good interpersonal skills
      • Development of electrical system functional design concepts
      • Experience with Lighting, Air Conditioning, Sound System will be a plus
      • Capabilities in AC circuit design and analysis
      • Developing of electrical and control designs with knowledge of KNX schematics
      • Selection of electrical components, component/cabinet layout
      • Troubleshooting service calls in both digital and analog circuitry
      • Providing Integration and test support
      • Good presentation and technical writing skills are required
      • Experience with air conditioning equipment is a plus
      • Experience working in an ISO 9001:2008 with design environment

 

Certification & Licenses:

      • Registered with CRPE is a plus.

 

Computer Skills / Software Knowledge:

      • Proficient in Drafting: AutoCAD/DraftSight
      • Knowledge in KNX, and PLC ladder logic programming is a plus
      • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
